Meerapfel Cigars: A Belgian Family with Roots in the Dominican Tabacalera
In the world of exquisite tobacco, Meerapfel enjoys a distinguished reputation. The Belgian family is particularly known for its high-quality Cameroon tobacco from the Central African Republic. However, Meerapfel represents not only excellent tobacco but also a global distribution strategy. The company markets prestigious brands such as Padron and Arturo Fuente on the international market.

As a supplier and distributor, Meerapfel is deeply rooted in the industry and has strong connections with some of the world's finest tabacaleras. The logical next step was the creation of its own cigar lines. Since 2014, Meerapfel has enriched the market with exclusive premium cigars. The family made its debut with the outstanding, now sold-out Estancia series.
Meerapfel Cigars: Elegant Blends with Cameroon Wrappers
The current collections are no less impressive than their predecessors. The Square Line captivates with Nicaraguan puros that, as longfillers, delight discerning aficionados. Their bold yet harmonious blend unfolds with refined elegance.
A little milder, the Maestranza series offers a creamy smoking experience. These cigars, featuring a Costa Rican wrapper, were originally crafted exclusively for Mahesh P. Ranmani of the Rasa Trading Company in Tallinn. Today, aficionados worldwide can indulge in this exquisite creation—and we are pleased to offer this exceptional series in our selection as well.
Meerapfel Meir: A Luxury Cigar of the Highest Class
The masterpiece of the portfolio is the Meir series. This ultra-premium cigar pays tribute to company founder Meir Meerapfel, who laid the foundation for a great tobacco dynasty in 1876 in Untergrombach, near Karlsruhe.

Only 613 boxes of this exquisite series are produced annually—in a renowned but undisclosed tabacalera. The exact tobacco composition remains a mystery. But one thing is certain: this cigar is a true masterpiece, destined for the most enjoyable moments.
