Parcero Cigars – Authenticity, Quality, and Friendship
We deliberately choose not to offer polished platitudes about friendship here – there are more calendar quotes out there than virtual “friends” on social platforms. And we’ll also steer clear of cliché-ridden ad slogans like “Cigars – your friend!” These kinds of attempts belong to a bygone era of car commercials and weren’t all that convincing back then either.
What we do want to emphasize is the meaning behind the name: “Parcero” is a term from Latin American usage and means “friend.” An honest, likable word – and therefore a fitting name for a cigar line that stands for authenticity and reliability.
Parcero Dominicano – A Gentle Composition from the Dominican Republic
Let’s get to what really matters: cigars. The Parcero Dominicano comes from the renowned factory Arnold André Dominicana – a subsidiary of the long-established Arnold André house based in Bünde. In addition to Parcero, this factory also produces characterful lines like Carlos André, Beast, and Montosa.
The wrapper of the Dominicano comes from Mexican growing regions. The filler tobaccos come from the USA and – naturally – the Dominican Republic. This balanced blend results in a mild yet richly aromatic cigar, appreciated by both newcomers and aficionados. Shortly after its market launch in spring 2021, the Dominicano gained significant popularity – a success that was followed up the next year with the release of the Brazilian variant.
Parcero Brasil – Expressive Cigars with Brazilian Soul
The Parcero Brasil brings more spice and depth to the table. Its hallmark is the refined Mata Fina wrapper, which also features in the filler – accompanied by Dominican Criollo. A binder from Mexico completes the structure of this bold composition.
Those who associate Brazilian cigars primarily with sweet notes may be in for a surprise: this cigar has personality and depth. It represents an honest, distinctive style – like a good friend who doesn’t aim to please, but stands their ground. Maybe a small aphorism to end with – but one with character.
